We are not seeking babysitters! The primary qualification for all Camp Staff members is to possess a positive mindset and a strong eagerness to create a beneficial impact on children's lives. We are looking for individuals who are eager to actively engage with our campers to ensure that their experience at Cedarbrook is truly memorable in a positive manner.

Additionally, specific requirements for each camp position are outlined, and comprehensive job descriptions are also available.

After you complete your Staff Application, it will be reviewed by a Camp Director, and if you’re eligible for a position at camp, they’ll contact you to schedule an interview. Following a positive interview, once we check your references, and take care of some paperwork, you may be offered a position at camp, or have a second interview scheduled. All decisions about future Staff are made within 1 week of their final interview.
