17  New Things You Should Know about our 2019 Summer Camp Season

 

 

  1. Added 10 New Activity Programs

  2. Go-Carts for the older campers. (Voyager/Explorers/Teen Quest)

  3. New Pedal Cart Track

  4. Purchased several new pedal Carts because of its popularity for younger campers (Pioneers/Adventurers)

  5. New Customer Service Center – Last summer we experienced growing some growing pains, which we are truly grateful for your patience. One area that we heard loud and clear from parents in our surveys is in the area of communication!  Parent communication is a priority to us and we want to stay in touch with camp families in many ways throughout the summer, therefore in March we will be opening our new customer service center to handle all parent needs or questions throughout the year.  You can call or visit the center to handle a variety of issues, from lunch, trips, tee-shirts, or financial matters.  We want to provide our parents with excellent customer service, therefore in 2019 we will have a dedicated staff to assist our parents.  Now our camp staff can focus on ensuring that your children have a safe & fun summer; and parents can have any questions or concerns addressed quickly

  14. All Campers will be able receive their weekly schedule a week in advance. (To give staff/parents ample time to make adjustments in camper’s schedule)
